Jake dropkicks 30 pounds

For those of you who were wondering, this is how Jake slimmed down. One hour on the eliptical, about 700 calories burned, three times per week. On the days he doesn’t get to the gym, he takes walks.

The appetite has also kept up. Although it was hard to start, now it’s hard for him to stop. He loves it!
